Our Mission
Stillwater Formation Center is preparing to launch Christ-centered leadership formation retreats for those who carry the weight of leading others. We are creating intentional space where senior pastors, ministry directors, and organizational leaders can step away from the noise, receive soul care, and return with clarity and renewed strength.
This is not conference programming. This is not skill training. This is formation—the slow, deep work of allowing Christ to shape the inner life so that leadership flows from peace rather than anxiety, from wisdom rather than reaction, from love rather than fear.
